The Black Dollar Power Market :
is an organization that was established on Juneteenth of 2020 for the purpose of strengthening and fortifying the Black community through economic empowerment. Since its inception, it has and will continue to do so in the following ways:

The BDPM will give small, but growing businesses that are owned and operated by Black people, a respectable venue and space to showcase their procured and/or created selection of high-quality goods, services, and merchandise.

The BDPM will give the Black community regular access to a collection of high-quality goods, services and merchandise in exchange for their dollars.

The BDPM will give our non-Black community members an opportunity to support the Black community with their dollars, in exchange for high-quality, goods, services and merchandise, in the same way that the Black community has supported theirs.

Currently, The BDPM hosts a monthly marketplace, at a reserved venue. The BDPM advertises each event and local Black business owners are then invited to complete the registration process. If the business owner is accepted for the upcoming market day, the participant then pays the registration that reserves their personal space for the upcoming event.
